How to Cancel

You can cancel your Examripper subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately once confirmed. Access ends when the subscription is canceled.

How to cancel

1. Email support@examripper.com from the email you used to subscribe and ask to cancel.

2. Or open a Discord ticket and request cancellation.

3. Or use Manage billing / Cancel in the Examripper browser extension menu if available.

What happens next

• We cancel all active subscriptions tied to your email.

• Cancellation is immediate. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

• No refund is issued for partial periods unless the product is proven non-functional, as described below.

Refund policy

• Refunds are available only if the product is proven non-functional or defective.

• Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and include evidence, such as screenshots or error logs.

• Refunds are not available for a change of mind, user error, misunderstood features, or third-party issues.
